The permanent tsb app is a secure and convenient tool for banking on the go. It offers a wide range of features to effortlessly access and manage your finances, allowing you to save time and have peace of mind.

If you are a permanent tsb customer registered for Open24 Online Banking, you can enjoy the following benefits:

Simple and easy account access:

• Quickly log in using your PAN (Personal Access Number) on your registered device.
• Efficiently navigate through the most used features.
• Check your current and available account balances, along with other essential details.
• Access your recent, pending, and historical transactions, with the ability to filter and download them.
• Apply for a Term Loan or Credit Card.
• View eStatements.
• Update or reset your Open24 desktop site password.

• Instantly transfer funds between your accounts.
• Transfer money to existing payees, and on tablet devices, you can now add new payees. Schedule payments to be made at a future date.
• Send Emergency Cash to an ATM: you or a friend can collect funds from any permanent tsb ATM – without the need for a bank card (charges apply).
• Make payments to existing bills and add new bills. Schedule bills to be paid at a future date.
• Set up a standing order.
• Transfer funds to your existing international SWIFT payees. Please note that an appointment at a permanent tsb branch is required to set up these payees.
• Manage payments, such as viewing or editing details for existing payees, bill payments, standing orders, direct debits, and future dated payments.
• Mobile Top Up: Easily add credit to your own or someone else's prepaid mobile phone (selected operators).

• In accordance with permanent tsb Terms & Conditions section 15(s), the app includes new fraud prevention enhancements designed to protect you as a user and customer of the bank.
• Our latest enhancement, "permanent tsb Protect," can detect fraudulent links within incoming SMS messages, alerting you to potential scams (permission to view SMS messages is required). You will receive an alert when a suspicious SMS is received or attempted to be opened (permission to Accessibility Service is required).
• No SMS data is accessed or made available to permanent tsb as part of this service. The service is optional and can be enabled in the "Settings & Security" section.

• Some features require a security code that you will receive via SMS on your registered mobile phone number.
